After a night of no vacancies, as guests began to check-out, rooms were becoming available. The morning staff were so much more helpful. A lady at the desk explained that as soon as one of the rooms was cleaned by hose keeping, she would grant us early check-in, as opposed to the usual 3pm. Such a sweet, understanding, kindhearted woman. She even asked the time of our flight departure and arranged late check-out so we could have that much more time with the room. We finally got to shower and sleep!

The room is spacious and is equipped with a well-functioning bathroom. Gilchrist & Soames has become a favorite brand now, specifically the Warm Oak Hand Wash kept on the bathroom counter. The room we had initially booked was supposed to have a view of the runway, but we were given another room with no remarkable view. Faye on the reception helped book a new room matching our expectations of the property as while booking. The staff at the Club Lounge where hors d'oeuvres are available are amazing and passionate about good service.

Location is amazing to connect with airport terminal and train station to downtown. I upgrade room by reception advice (second reception representative was very helpful and friendly, many thanks) and my room was great with large window to airport. Nice swimming pool and great sauna and steam room in male change room. Breakfast absolutely amazing with very nice friendly staff.

Love the Sheraton brand. The beds and linens are always comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel is easy to get to and after a long flight (or time change) this is a major perk. We also liked that we could connect our existing Netflix account to watch a movie as opposed to renting one.

Breakfast is something that can’t be commented on. Eggs are eggs. Bacon is bacon. Toast is toast. Service was excellent.

Last minute booking due to a diverted flight. Located right in the airport, the Sheraton is really convenient for long layovers. The reception staff were friendly and professional throughout, and even helped us with some emergency toiletries. Our room was very spacious, modern and comfortable with excellent shower pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast at the club was very good value with a nice selection of food and drinks. Overall an excellent choice if needing to stay in or near the airport, I would highly recommend.

It was located right next to Terminal 3, to which it was connected with an overpass. If you arrive at Terminal 1 you'll need to take the shuttle train. Overall a very good and easy-to-reach location. Staffs were friendly and room was clean and quiet.

We arrived late by plane and worried we wouldn't be able to get something to eat. Restaurant was open until 1 in the morning which we were so happy about. Very busy at check in but they were efficient and friendly, not rushing us and explaining facilities. Before our arrival we did receive an email to do pre-check in but we had to download an app and were out of the country and just did not want to bother with it, but had we done that the check in would have likely been much quicker.

The hotel was exactly what I needed it to be, a place to stay before my flight home. It was a nice hotel and the bed was comfortable. I booked a club room and the appetizers and extras were nice and the staff in the club room were very nice.

Excellent, courteous check-in and checkout. Clean, spacious room with a WONDERFUL bed, pillows, and linens. Spotless bathroom with nice toiletries and plenty of hot water. Tasty evening snacks and breakfast in a very comfortable dining/sitting area, with efficient, polite waitstaff. My husband and I will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel.
